Awkwafina
Awkwafina is an American actor and musician. She started by releasing humorous, cleverly written rap songs that addressed issues like racial identification as well as sexual orientation. She then expanded her fan base to Hollywood. The actress was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants within Forest Hills Queens her first encounter with the world of music was via trumpet. Her classical, jazz and hip-hop education began when she was in her teens. In college, she focused on her studies. She majored both in women's study and journalism. In a short period during her time in Beijing, Mandarin language classes were offered as well. When she graduated, she started to concentrate on music. After becoming famous through the Internet, her My Vag song My Vag was a reaction to Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually was included on the debut album Yellow Ranger. The album also featured viral hits like the body-positive Queef as well as the cheeky hometown tour NYC Bitche$1. This song is directly linked to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide for 2015, which was a travel guide. A musician and author was as her credentials, she set her sights on an actor for a third venture. Alongside early TV shows such as Girl Code and Tawk she appeared in films such as Neighbors 2, Storks as well as Bad Rap. In 2018, she landed a number of breakthrough roles, such as Dude Ocean's Eight or Crazy Rich Asians. She released the EP, in Fina We Trust in June of that year.
